The Furry 5K raises money for the Help the Animals Fund (HTAF), which provides veterinary care and supplies for sick, injured or abused orphaned shelter animals.

The Seattle Animal Shelter takes in nearly 6,000 animals annually. Of those, many receive the lifesaving care they need thanks to the generous donations of individuals and companies.

The HTAF is an integral part of saving lives – with annual veterinary expenses of approximately $100,000, every dollar raised counts!

By helping us fundraise for this amazing cause, you're helping shelter animals get the best care they can as well as find the perfect home to call their own! Many of the awesome pups at the Zoom Room are from the Seattle Animal Shelter and we want to give back!

Hello there,

I recently got a new puppy from a shelter. She is a beautiful little blue heeler/pit mix. Having had her for only 3 weeks she already brings joy and laughter into my life. Although she did not come from the Seattle Humane Society, she did come from a shelter. They had her vaccinated and if she was of age they would have had her spayed too. Shelters do so much for so little. Let's do our part in supporting the shelters who help us find our new, furry best friends. Help me in fundraising for my team Zoom Room Seattle.
