The Furry 5K raises money for the Help the Animals Fund (HTAF), which provides veterinary care and supplies for sick, injured or abused orphaned shelter animals.

The Seattle Animal Shelter takes in nearly 6,000 animals annually. Of those, many receive the lifesaving care they need thanks to the generous donations of individuals and companies.

The HTAF is an integral part of saving lives – with annual veterinary expenses of approximately $100,000, every dollar raised counts!

Please join us in helping Seattle Animal Shelter earn money to continue to help local animals. Their program offers low cost spay/ neuter clinics, helps in finding forever homes for many different kinds of animals and gives support to foster families who open their hearts and homes to animals who would otherwise be in a shelter.
PugsForFuzz is a group inspired by both our pugs who we adopted and have changed our lives. We know that we can make that difference for other animals if we try hard enough- Even if that means the pugs have to walk 3.1 miles!
