The Furry 5K raises money for the Help the Animals Fund (HTAF), which provides veterinary care and supplies for sick, injured or abused orphaned shelter animals.

The Seattle Animal Shelter takes in nearly 6,000 animals annually. Of those, many receive the lifesaving care they need thanks to the generous donations of individuals and companies.

The HTAF is an integral part of saving lives – with annual veterinary expenses of approximately $100,000, every dollar raised counts!

Please join us in the fundraising effort for the Furry 5K! Our Queen Anne Banfield team is participating in this year's Furry 5K through the Seattle Animal Shelter. We are raising money to help support all the wonderful things the Seattle Animal Shelter does for not only the pets but for our local community as well.

We will have a booth at the event with team members from our Queen Anne hospital as well as lots of information and goodies! Stop by and say hello! We are located at 512 1st Ave N (intersection of 1st and Mercer). We have two lovely veterinarians on staff--Dr. Hannah Moloney and Dr. Illiana Quimbaya. Our hospital is 6 months old and we love being part of the Queen Anne community.
