Back in March, I joined the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation Board of Directors. 

The Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation supports the programs and initiatives of the Seattle Animal Shelter by engaging our community, increasing awareness and raising funds.

By raising these critical funds, SASF contributes to the health and well-being of Seattle’s homeless animals by funding life changing programs and services led by SAS.


The Furry 5K raises money for the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports the programs and initiatives of the Seattle Animal Shelter.

The Seattle Animal Shelter takes in thousands of animals annually. Of those, many receive the lifesaving care they need thanks to the generous donations of individuals and companies.

The Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation is dedicated to enriching and enhancing the lives of animals in the care of the Seattle Animal Shelter.
