We're looking to raise the amount of money that Katy's foster cats have cost the shelter in medical expenses over the past year.

"I think I'm being conservative in saying behavioral consultations, some urinary medication I don't remember the name of, hyperthyroidism medication, a tooth extraction (with x-rays!), and prescription food ran the shelter roughly $1,000."

Over 2020, 3 felines - Pica (a 4 year-old with no tail who looks for trouble), Mimi (a 14 year-old who loves hogging the computer mouse), and Lola (an 18 year-old who yowls for no apparent reason) - have benefited from these shelter resources, and are now enjoying their second chance at a happily ever after.

Thanks to donors like you, the shelter has never denied one of our foster cats treatment due to cost. This year, the Furry 5K is trying to raise $75,000 to help the shelter continue to deliver their amazing standard of care for all pets in need.
