Help us raise money to help the animals!
Get your friends, family and co-workers involved to raise additional funds by creating a personal or team fundraising page.

To create a personal or team fundraising page: 

1. Click here to create a Join Me account to set up your fundraising page or sign up to be a team captain (the captain must create the team first before members can join).
2. Customize your fundraising web page from your Join Me account. Set a fundraising goal and include a personal message why you support the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation and are helping animals in need.
3. Once your team or individual fundraising page is set up, direct friends, family and co-workers to make a donation via your fundraising page or join your team. Your fundraising page has links (found under your fundraising thermometer) to share your page via email or various social media outlets.
4. Creating a fundraising page does NOT register you to participate in the Furry 5K Run or Walk.  Go here to Register to participate.
5. Invite friends, coworkers and family to join you! Email, Facebook or tweet everyone you know and invite them to participate and fundraise with you. 

To join a fundraising team:

1. Find your team on the Team Fundraiser Directory menu.
2. Click your team name to go to the team fundraising page.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the team fundraising page and click the "Join as member!" link. Each team member will create their own Join Me account to join the team.
4. If you have previously participated in a Furry 5K fundraiser and are taken to an older event when you log into your Join Me account, click “Switch Fundraising Activity” at the top right of the page and then select Furry 5K 2020.
5. Click “Edit Your Personal Story" to customize your story that appears on the Team Fundraising Page. 
6. Direct friends, family and co-workers to make a donation via your team fundraising page.
7. Joining a team does NOT register you to participate in the Furry 5K Run or Walk.  Go here to Register to participate

To edit your fundraising page:

1. Login into your Join Me account here.
2. If you have already created your Personal or Team Fundraiser or already Joined a Team, Click “Cancel” under the prompt “Create New Activity?”
3. On the next pages, you will then choose Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation as the organization, Furry 5K 2020 for the project, and select your team or personal fundraiser as the activity.
4. You will land on the dashboard for your fundraising page. From this page you can edit your fundraising page, email friends and family, and promote your page on social media. You can also email and promote your page directly from the links on your fundraising web page.
5. Click “Edit Your Fundraising Page” to customize your page. 
6. You can add a message and picture in the “Fundraiser's Text” and “Fundraiser’s Image” boxes.
7. If you would like your message and image to appear at the top of the page, click the box for “Put Fundraiser's Text and Image on top”
8. You can edit your fundraising goal on this page, under “Other Page Settings”
9. When you have finished making edits, be sure to click “Done” at the bottom of the page.

Joining a team does NOT register you to participate in the Furry 5k Run or walk.
